1. Shipping Charges & Cash on Delivery (COD)

We believe in complete pricing transparency. We offer 100% Free Shipping and Free Cash on Delivery (COD) on all orders across India. There are absolutely no hidden charges, handling fees, or shipping costs added at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay.

2. Delivery & Processing Timeline

Our delivery timeline is calculated based on when your order is placed, our warehouse processing time, and our courier partners' transit schedules.

  • Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (IST). Orders placed before 2:00 PM will begin processing the same working day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will begin processing the following working day.

  • Operating Days: Our warehouse processes orders, and our shipping carriers transit packages from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

  • Order Handling Time: It takes 1 to 2 business days to quality-check, safely pack, and hand off your package to our courier partners.

  • Transit Time: Once dispatched from our warehouse, our shipping partners will deliver the product to your doorstep within 3 to 4 business days.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is handed over to our shipping partner, we will send you a tracking link via email. You can use this link to monitor your shipment's journey in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier portal.

4. Damaged or Missing Shipments

To ensure the absolute safety of your purchase, all our shipments are fully insured. If your package arrives visibly damaged, or if it does not arrive within the estimated 4–6 business days timeframe, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and issue a free replacement right away.
