At SunglassesMart, we want you to have a completely worry-free shopping experience. We offer a transparent, hassle-free return and exchange policy across India that is 100% Free with no hidden fees.

Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 7 Days from the date of delivery.

  • Product Condition: We accept returns for items in New Condition Only (unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags intact).

  • Eligible Items: We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products (e.g., if the item arrives damaged or if you simply changed your mind).

  • Return Fees / Restocking Fees: No Cost. We do not charge any restocking fees or return shipping fees.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Procedure

We provide an effortless return process by including everything you need directly inside your shipment.

Step 1: Locate Your Pre-Paid Return Label

Every Sunglasses Mart order arrives with a Pre-Paid Return Shipping Label included inside the package. You do not need to purchase or print a label yourself.

Step 2: Pack the Item

Place the sunglasses back into their original packaging and shipping box. Ensure the item is in its brand-new condition. Securely seal the box and attach the pre-paid return label to the outside of the package.

Step 3: Mail the Product

You can drop off the package at your nearest partner courier center or contact our support team at Support@sunglassesMart.com to schedule a convenient carrier pickup from your address at no cost.

Refund Processing Time

  • Inspection: Once your return is received at our warehouse, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in its original, new condition. We will send you an email notification confirming receipt and approval status.

  • Refund Credit: Upon approval, your refund will be automatically processed. The entire amount will be credited back to your original payment method (or via UPI/Bank Transfer for Cash on Delivery orders) within 10 days.
